How do we share our excitement and desire to engage culture, with other Christians who do not share our enthuasim? Blogger Ben Bartlett gives some pretty good advice “More than Mere Suggestions.”
His assertion that “one of the most Christian things we can do” is fall “in love with the truth and beauty of God’s creation in all its complexity and mystery” is spot on. Furthermore, though his final two practical suggestions seem a bit contrived (“be patient” and “follow up”), his first three are worth while (“know your hermeneutics,” “study up on alternatives,” and “ask good questions”).
All in all, the article is a quick read and well worth it.
